Use and credit
You can republish these tables and charts in your newsletter, posts and research for free. The one condition is credit to Allium.
How to credit
- Name Allium in your text and link to Allium, in the text or the bibliography: "Data source: Allium (https://allium.so)."
- Keep "Source: Allium" on every chart, table, figure or screenshot, so the credit stays when it is shared alone. Every PNG, HTML and Markdown export already carries it. For your own analysis of the data, write "Source: [Your organization] analysis of Allium data."
Your link to Allium comes up when you download or copy.
Do
- Keep the header, the credit line and the Allium logo on the image.
- Show the as-of date. The data covers the latest completed UTC day.
- Link to allium.so wherever your format allows links.
- Write your own commentary around the table or chart.
Don't
- Change, round or recompute the numbers.
- Crop out the credit line or the corner logo.
- Present the data as your own, or suggest that Allium endorses your content.
- Recolor, stretch or redraw the Allium logo.
CSV
The CSV is there to check a number or build your own chart. Anything you publish from it takes the same credit line.
Brand
Write the name as "Allium": one word, capital A. The corner logo on the PNG is the approved logo use.
Copying into a spreadsheet
"Excel / Sheets" copies the table as cells, so it pastes straight into Excel or Google Sheets. "Download CSV" saves a file that opens in either.
Data is provided as is, for information only. It is not investment advice.
